This
masterpiece describes six children expressing happiness, innocence,
and curiosity. Their sight is directed toward the angels above,
and they listen as the trumpet announce the arrival of the sense
of Harmony. The dove in the center above represents the Peace
to be shared with children. Beneath the line, a dove represents
the children in a state of innocence, being completely free
of family violence and slavery. "Let us take care of our
most precious treasure: the children. They will bring the testimony
of wisdom to adults."
This painting was donated to the United Nations in 1994.
